Identity & Contact: Your name and email address, provided during the application process.
Professional Profile: Your LinkedIn profile URL, current seniority level, target roles, primary function, location preferences, preferred company stage, and career timing — provided by you when completing your profile.
Usage Data: Basic logs of interactions with the Platform, including which opportunities you expressed interest in or declined. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
We use your personal data solely to operate the matching service — specifically to evaluate your application, build and maintain your career profile, identify opportunities that match your stated preferences, and notify you via direct message when a genuine match is found.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling for purposes unrelated to the service, or any automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit an application) and for the performance of the service you have requested. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us — this will result in your data being deleted and your access to the Platform being removed.

With employers or hiring parties: Only with your explicit consent, after you have expressed interest in a specific opportunity.

We retain your personal data for as long as you remain an active member of the Platform. If your application is rejected, your data is retained for 90 days and then deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@nextkahuna.com.
Your data is stored in Cloudflare's D1 database infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only. We conduct regular reviews of our security practices.
