Next Kahuna is an invite-only platform that connects senior professionals (Director level and above) with curated leadership opportunities. We match candidates to roles based on their stated preferences and notify them via direct message when a genuine match is identified.
Access to the Platform is granted at our sole discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee access.
To use the Platform you must be at least 18 years of age, hold a current or recent position at Director level or above, and provide accurate information during the application process.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide, including your email address, LinkedIn profile, and career preferences. You must notify us of any material changes to your circumstances.

The Platform is provided "as is". We make no guarantees regarding the availability of opportunities, the suitability of any match, or the outcome of any introduction. We are not a recruitment agency and do not guarantee employment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Panoptic Analytics Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
